There is also a seperate pool bath and outdoor shower. In the evening, the daybed becomes a romantic focal point of the firepit lounge area. Pool and spa heating are optional for $100/day. This fee is not quoted on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
Indoors, you will enjoy cooking in the sleek kitchen with an LED panel wall. The color wall is adjustable so you can pick a color to match your mood while cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. A special feature of this house is the seperate casita complete with en suite bath and a private living area which opens to the pool. Back in the main house, there is also a seperate den with a flat screen television. This is the perfect space to watch the big game or a perfect space for the kids to call their own.

Note: Palm Springs has a strictly enforced city ordinance for vacation rentals. The most important rule to note prior to booking is that there is no outdoor music allowed at any time of the day or night. If you are playing music inside, the doors must be closed.

We expect our guests to respect the home and the neighbors. Palm Springs has very explicit rules on noise at vacation rentals and we expect guests to comply at all times. Our neighbors like us because we respect them as well. We will provide additional information on the Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance. Any guest receiving a noise complaint or other complaint for violation of the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance will subject to immediate eviction and no refunds will be given.
Minimum Rental Age is 26 and guest must be present with ID ahead of time for a file copy and also to get keys to the residence.
Guests must not exceed the stated capacity for a residence. Any residence found to be over capacity will subject guests to immediate eviction and no refunds will be given.
This is a non-smoking residence. Uninvited pets will cause us to ask you to leave the property and no refunds will be issued.
Please recycle and be responsible with your trash generation. We provide ample trash and recycling bins. Any trash or recycling not in a bin will subject guest to additional trash removal fees of $75. Guest will be required to keep a credit card on file and this credit card will be charged for this or other damages if required.
